In case you have changed your mind regarding your purchase before receiving your order, just e-mail us on
firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order if your order was not processed.
All products for exchange/return should be unused, in the same condition as received, along with the original invoice within 14 days of the date of purchase of your order.
We will not accept any exchange/return if the original packaging was damaged or used.
Exchange/return products that are damaged, used or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
If you receive a wrong product, or a product received by you is damaged or defective, or if you simply wish to return your product for any reason, just e-mail us on email@example.com, our team will contact you to assist you with your return request within three (3) business days.
Products are considered damaged or defective if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of personal use are not considered to be damaged or defective.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.

-Cash: the money will be refunded while we pick up the products excluding the delivery.
-Credit/Debit card (return-after receiving your order) we will process the refund within 3 to 5 work working days by crediting the same credit/debit card used when the order was placed.
-Credit/Debit card (cancellation-before processing the order) we will process the refund within 3 to 5 work working days by crediting the same credit/debit card used when the order was placed.
Return and exchange deliveries are for free.
